Reopening Protocol Covid 19 

Safeguarding against the spread of infection.

We felt it would be useful for people to understand the measures we have in place for when we reopen to take care of YOU and our staff.

Client Screening

We will ask a set of screening questions when you are booking and arriving for your appointments

Temperature Checks

We will take & register your temperature on arrival. If you have a high temperature we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Staff temperatures will also be screened before their shift.

Hand Sanitiser

There will be extra hand sanitising facilities around the Clinic, Salon and Academy. Everyone will be expected to use them when they arrive and when they leave.

Deep Cleaning & Opening Hours

We will be adding to our already thorough cleaning schedule.

The clinic opening hours to the public will reduce whilst staff working hours will remain the same. This is to accommodate further stringent cleaning measures. The  clinic will be deep cleaned every morning before opening and every evening before we leave.

Treatment Room decontamination on change over of clients will be even more thorough.

Staff PPE & Clothing

Staff will wear face masks, aprons and gloves at all times and will change them between client visits. Staff will be asked to change clothes into uniform when they arrive and out of them when they leave. Uniforms will be washed inside the clinic daily at 60 degrees.

Spaced Appointments

Appointments will be staggered throughout the day on a 1 in, 1 out basis, this is so we can minimise the contact between people. Each client will be safely in their designated treatment room.

Belongings

Please only bring essential belongings to your appointment.

Hand Washing

Whilst we already have a strong hand washing policy, there will be even more meticulous attention to this policy.

Face Masks

All Clients will be offered a new face mask when arriving and will be asked to wear them throughout their visit where possible.

Avoid Loitering

Please remember we are trying to take care of as many clients as we can safely, if you could avoid staying around in reception after  appointments that would help us maintain this.

Attend Appointments

Clients will only be able to attend by appointment only. We ask that you attend the clinic without friends, partners & children unless they also have an appointment.

Pre-Payment

Where possible we are asking clients to pay for their appointment at the point of booking to reduce touching the card payment machine and reduce gatherings in the reception

Consultation Forms

You will be asked to complete your consultation forms before you attend the clinic and submit them online.

Refreshments

We will still be offering refreshments but only in disposable cups. We know this is not as nice but for the time being we hope it will work.

Reduced Bathroom Access

Toilets will only be available when it is absolutely necessary. Please bare this in mind when leaving home.

No Waiting Area

We will only be allowing people in for their appointments when their therapist is ready, where they will be escorted straight to their treatment room this will reduce client contact.

Purchasing Products

Clients will be asked only to touch the products they wish to purchase. If you know you would like a product before your visit then please advise us when booking so we can have this ready for you when you arrive.

Reception Safety

We ask that everyone tries their best to stick to the social distancing measures in place.

Please ensure you maintain the safety distance when in reception area.
