Terms and Conditions
Your first visit
For your first visit with us, we ask you to arrive with time before your appointment. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation record. Our records are 100% confidential and we us these for treatment purposes only.
For future visits please arrive on time. If you will be running late please call us to let us know and make sure we will be able to fulfil your appointment time.
Cancellations
As a valued customer at Naomi Waite Aesthetics, we want to provide you with the best possible service and experience. To do so, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note that a 50% charge of the total treatment price will apply for late cancellations (within a 24 hour pre appointment period) and appointments missed without notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge. These policies also apply to pre-paid vouchers. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and in such exceptional cases, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Purchase of Retail Products
Any products bought must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.
Prepaid Courses of Treatments
Courses bought and paid for either by voucher or course offer or package will have a validity of 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed at purchase time.
TreatCard – Our Loyalty Reward Card
TreatCard points cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your TreatCard must not be transferred to any third party.
Points can only be redeemed on certain treatments made available by Naomi Waite Aesthetics.
Your TreatCard cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
All client TreatCards remain the property of Naomi Waite Aesthetics.
Naomi Waite Aesthetics reserve the right to and without notice:
- Terminate the scheme
- Decline to issue Loyalty cards
- Withdraw or cancel the loyalty card or scans collected
- Alter or amend the termsand conditions of the Naomi Waite Aesthetics TreatCard scheme at any time.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date ends.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.
Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment.
You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.
Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send special promotions, usually by email. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive these promotional emails.
Hygiene
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and has always been paramount to Naomi Waite Aesthetics. To achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer.
We only use new sterilised disposable needles for each client.
We can offer face masks and PPE for your visit should you wish.
Our treatment beds are cleaned down between every client with viricidal sprays and wipes. We use protective films on the beds and seats.
With the current situation regarding Corona virus, we ask you to wash your hands before and after your appointment.
Please do not come to your appointment with any cold or flue like symptoms. If you have been in contact with anyone presenting symptoms please let us know.
Medical Conditions
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be allowed or advised or may require a medical note from your doctor.
Smoking
Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon. We would ask that if you do need to smoke this is done away from the front of the salon.
Mobile Phones
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Children
We can cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment. This is for the safety of your children, around chemicals and salon equipment but also for the enjoyment of our other clients having their treatments.
Payment
Most credit and debit cards are accepted, as are cash or cheque. All prices include value added tax at a current rate.
Patch Testing
Patch testing is required for clients who have never had tinting or perming eye and brow treatments.
We require patch test for our laser treatments & our permanent make up services. Patch testing is ideally carried out 24 hours before your visit but can be 4 weeks before your appointment.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as Naomi Waite Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Self employed therapists and technicians: Disclaimer
Salon space at Naomi Waite Aesthetics Ltd may be hired by self employed therapists and technicians.
All such self employed therapists and technicians are responsible and liable for all treatments and procedures they perform while on our premises.
Naomi Waite Aesthetics Ltd does not take or accept payments directly from clients and customers using the services of a self employed therapist or technician.
Naomi Waite Aesthetics Ltd accepts no liability for any procedures, treatments or therapies performed by self employed therapists and technicians hiring space within the premises.
